Boundary Dispute

A farmer near Nottingham disputed a boundary with our client. We were asked to provide aerial photography and video of the whole site including the boundary in question. A small video was made along with supporting photographs which was presented to our client’s solicitors.

Power Station Construction

This is an ongoing contract where we have been asked to capture the construction of a power station in Lincolnshire. A video is produced to capture significant changes to the site. Content is shared with the wider global management team and also the shareholders.

Construction site – Planning

Our client needed to complete a continuous pour for a significant concrete foundation, involving 76 concrete mixer deliveries to site in one day. Access and egress, along with pedestrian/vehicle separation were two major safety concerns. An aerial photograph allowed the construction team to plan safe vehicle routes whilst keep the pedestrians safe. This photograph was also incorporated into an all-party briefing, to ensure everyone was aware of the plan.

Abnormal Delivery

We were asked to capture the delivery of a large industrial generator to a local construction site. The vehicle used was 290 feet in length, weighing 550 tonnes, including the vehicle itself. Several aerial photographs were provided along with a video of the delivery to site.

Property Survey

This client asked us to provide several photographs of their property to allow them to produce a sales brochure. The client worked closely with our pilot to ensure they got the views they required.

Technical Aerial Survey

This client was required to write a complex procedure for the safe operation of a piece of plant. The procedure involved an operator open and closing valves in a particular sequence. Following discussion with the client a series of photographs were produced which were later used as part of the operator procedure.

High Voltage Switch Yard

This client was responsible for several contractors working within a high voltage switchyard. It was critical that all contractors were aware of what work was been carried out by other working parties. The principal contractor (CDM regulations 2015) asked us to provide an aerial photograph of the switchyard which was then annotated, to highlight working parties, live bus bars and other hazards. The drawing was updated weekly and communicated to all working parties.
